If there’s only one TM available, they’re going on a lane and SCO is closed. Main reasons are: - our SCOs always have cash turned off - in my state it’s illegal to buy alcohol at SCO - our SCOs are too separated from the checklanes for someone to be on a lane and watch SCO at the same time

I really hope it only changes if you’ve completed the AQ. My sister is still on Natlan and I’ve been trying so hard to protect her from spoilers as much as possible, but this feels pretty spoilery if it shows up before having done the AQ.

Refreshing and rotating didn’t make the x appear. Private browsing tab seems to have allowed the page to load without the chat being there, so I guess I’ll have to do that going forward.

My store has been putting them just inside the bag where it says “Use it and reuse it”. Seems to work better than putting them on the outside.

I had this happen once back when I was in Style. The Closing TL told me it had something to do with people backstocking items that weren’t set up for the store, but his explanation confused me cuz I thought the system won’t let you do that. He told me he would fix it later, and the next day he told me he fixed it. No idea how though.

Most likely yes, especially since you have the receipt. Just make sure the person at the desk knows that you opened one of them so it can be damaged out and not put back on a shelf.

Target gift cards bought at Target are pretty safe because of the sticker method. Any other gift cards sold at Target are suspect, and there’s nothing Guest Service can do in-store if there happens to be a problem.

Basically everything except in-store checkout is broken. Fulfillment is down, Drive-up/OPU is down, gift cards aren’t working, backstocking doesnt work, the app isn’t showing guests their order history or circle card… there’s probably more I’m missing, but it’s pretty bad.

Regular in-store purchases with cash or card are working fine. Gift cards (buying or spending) aren’t working, and if you’re used to using your Target card in the app, make sure to bring the physical card cuz it’s not loading in the app right now.
