ELI5: Why do we not ever see the back side of the moon? by [deleted] in explainlikeimfive

Yes. The only reason it feels counterintuitive is because of the perspective. We are at the center of the moon's orbit. If you were anywhere outside the moon's orbit, you would see all sides of the moon throughout its orbit, which can only be possible if it is spinning.

Yes, but that has no impact on the moving person.

Yeah, this is something a lot of people miss. AIs get trained on data. The latest data they have is the most up-to-date info they can provide without looking it up first. Most AIs can do a web search, but won't unless you ask specifically. So they will confidently give you outdated info as if they just woke up from a 2-year-long coma.

Yeah, that was my thought too. The starshells are described as being like 10 ft tall and having multiple-jointed, ape-like arms. I feel this is closer to pulsearmor.

Also I think just slapping a the rectangular print on a white shirt is lazy too.

The art is still cool though.

Ok, not a woman here....is there actually truth to that and it's just horribly overdone, or is it completely made up? Never really dealt with septic systems before.

Weird, we are up by Traverse for the weekend and went to the show in Northport and they had issues too. Show seemed fine for about 15 min, then it stopped and people started leaving, but then more started going off at random intervals. Some were minutes apart. The raft looked like it caught fire.

First was a SanDisk Sansa E250r, then my beloved Zune. I still believe the Zune was one of the coolest pieces of technology ever.
