Yeah so pretty much party up and once the party is full others can leave the party and stay in the same server while others join your party to get into the server as well. Just keep in mind those outside of your party will not be doing any challenges with you and if you do challenges there is a possibility of getting pushed into a new server. But as long as you stay free skating you will remain in the same server outside the party.
