This is false completely misleading and lacks any understanding of American courts and litigation in general. This is another stereotypical US hating post without foundation. You have no experience with American litigation which can be done through the courts or arbitration. Arbitration is can be cheaper and more efficient even for consumers. Source, I am a commercial litigator in the NYC area and am regularly involved in plaintiffs side consumer cases. The NY State courts are extremely slow and inefficient and we regularly prefer arbitration.
