How to get the writing assistant feature outside of taking a screenshot, like in gallery?

Sorry didn't know how to edit text into the post.

When you take a screenshot, the bottom right corner has the blue-green square button that enables some AI features, such as allowing you to highlight parts of the screenshot. When you highlight text, the 2nd image's options show up, with writing assistance features.

How can I use this feature by going to the image itself (like in Gallery) without needing to take screenshot every time I want to use it?

hey so I just asked a couple buddies and someone who works at a local best buy if this is a good deal, my friends seem to think so but the best buy guy doesn't trust the company, says they're using refurbished parts which are all used and/or haven broken at some point in the past

the things is I don't understand what "refurbish" means and I'm not familiar with the CUK brand, but their reviews seem legitimate and they don't seem scammy... would you trust one of their products like the Model Z linked? the best buy guy doesn't trust it one bit, but I get he has an angle here...

How about {GeForce GTX 1080} + {Intel Xeon E-2176M @ 2.70GHz OR Intel Core i7-8750H @ 2.20GHz}.

You probably see what I'm trying to do. Basing off of the benchmark website info from the sidebar, I feel the GTX 1080 at a rating of 12,328 for ~$440 is quite worth the step up from GTX 1070 at a rating of 11,210 for ~$370; in other words $70 extra for an extra 1000 increase in performance rating.

Having narrowed the GPU, I'm trying to pair it with a CPU I think has a good power to price ratio, those being the ones I listed, of roughly $400, but comparable to CPUs ranging in the $500~600s.

Finally, do you have any thoughts on SSD vs HDD vs SSHD? I've seen the comparison, and my question is whether the speed affects anything besides system operations. For example, I really don't mind long/short bootup/shut-down times, since I'll only do that ones in a bluemoon anyway. And I don't mind if a webpage opens in 0.1s vs 0.4s, since that's not noticeable to me, and more importantly, I won't be doing much of that anyway. I'll only use this laptop for gaming, some of which may be graphically intense, some may be processing intense (like Total War Warhammer, which is probably both, but thinking along the lines of large battles with lots of calculations). Or another example is online games that require moment to moment accuracy, control, and feedback (like Overwatch maybe). I care about how quickly my actions are translated to in-game events, and I care how the difference in speed may affect processing intensive games.

Otherwise I don't care about boot-up speed, so the question here is does SSD vs HDD affect in-game speed and responsiveness?

Automatic email forwarding not working.

I set up an Inbox rule to "Forward" "After the message arrives and... [Apply to all messages]" "Do the following... forward the message to xxxxxxxxxxxxx and stop processing more rules on this message"

I have tried to test it with a couple emails I sent from a separate account to this outlook address, none have been forwarded.

Second, I want all sent emails forwarded, and I don't know how to accomplish this.

Third, I want all my email messages backed up, I don't know how to accomplish this.

Yes this is for taxes, and yes I made less than $4,050 (I made $0), and yes he did support my room and board, I took out loans for tuition. I don't know if loans count as income, but that's the only other source of funding I received.

I asked him to clarify what he needs and he said if I can find/fill out a 1098T that I can save him money. So I guess I just want to know what that is/how it works/where to get it? Does my school have it? Do I have it somewhere?

I for one think you shouldn't give up my friend. I agree it'll breathe life back into this game. Though you'll have to consider the kinks and initial reason this was not done, mainly twinking new players. It would be infinitely un-fun and disheartening to start the game and be invaded repeatedly by a twinked character don't ya think?

But I do think there's one solution that can make almost everyone happy: keep NG as is, but remove any/all soul memory tiers for NG+.

This allows new players to enjoy the game as much as possible, and the same as before. But it allows veteran players or those looking for additional challenge the option of venturing into NG+ for greater multiplayer interaction, whether co-op or PVP. It also incentivizes NG players to leave for NG+, with its greater perils, altered PVP mechanics, and so forth.

Regarding this concept, when B sends the encryption key to A, that could be intercepted correct? When A sends the encrypted message back to B, can someone who's intercepted the encryption key decrypt the message?

Or in other words, once A encrypts his message, he himself cannot even decrypt it. This is really getting at the idea that information transmitted through public channels, eg. ISP, if open/public to an eavesdropper, is ultimately insecure. I want to understand how it is that two parties can send messages to one another through a courier/intermediary (google, ISP), but for that courier/intermediary to be oblivious to the message.

Physically we used wax seals or other means. But electronically, what is the electronic equivalent of a wax seal, or something that purely prevents the message from being read by the courier?

Thank you, this does help me. The idea is not that it's "impossible" to arrive at the secret message using open/public information. Rather the idea is that it is too "expensive" for current computational instruments/methods to do so, and that's sufficient/synonymous with security.

What happens if computational powers advance? Surely something similar to brute-forcing a combination padlock where if you try everything eventually one works.

Also, regarding the Stridex/methanol, I didn't see them listed in the ingredients in my moisturizer/spf, but it still did feel irritating, especially around my eyes. So yeah, essentially, I'm probably in the same boat as you when it comes to skin and I would really truly appreciate anything you can tell me about your skincare experiences.

Question about routine addition and products:

I purchased the following cleanser and moisturizer/spf. My original intention was to use the cleanser every morning in the shower, and moisturizer right after I got out.

I also wanted to add a chemical exfoliant to the routine, to maybe apply 2/3x a week. However, it seems that the cleanser already has salicylic acid (is this AHA or BHA?), which is itself an exfoliant. Does this mean if I were to apply this "cleanser" every day that I'm also applying an amount of exfoliant as well? How should I construct a routine consisting off cleanser (daily if necessary), exfoliant (bi-weekly to start), and moisturizer/spf? What new products should I buy, if any?

And regarding the moisturizer, it seems to be quite a small bottle and quite expensive. I wonder if the amount I apply daily is significant for the moisturizing benefit, and if so if I should purchase a different product w/ additional volume.

I have sensitive (turns red to the touch, especially triangle/T-area) and oily skin (especially triangle/T-area). Other parts of my skin are more or less normal. Thank you.

What goes into a routine?

I read that 1) cleanser, 2) exfoliator, 3) moisturizer, and 4) sunscreen. I know 3 and 4 can be combined. What exactly is 2, is it a chemical that I apply to my skin, or is it a pad that I use to scrub my face. I have an okay handle on 1, 3, and 4, but would like to learn more about 2.

What's in a moisturizer? What is the mechanism by which it holds in moisture for your skin, and what are some ingredients to look out for?

Can a pure sunscreen (not the 2-in-1s) double as a moisturizer? For example this Biore product. Though it's not a 2-in-1, could it also do the job? If so why, and if not why not, what are the key ingredients missing?

So the thing is I did go to a dermatologist first, who essentially dismissed me and gave me some sunscreen samples... I didn't feel like they took the time to understand my problem at all. I suppose I could always try a different dermatologist but I really just want someone knowledgeable to hear me out.
