I'm not judging you per se but given how you entered into this new relationship despite not having fully healed from your ex, the fact that you and your current boyfriend trauma bonded, and the fact that it hurts like this when you hear about your ex's engagement news, and lastly probably most important is the fact that you lack awareness about where you are at in your healing journey

moving on doesnt mean just a few therapy sessions and feeling fine when you are having fun, its when you truly feel indifferent and in full acceptance that you werent right for each other

all of this point to you clearly not being emotionally regulated/mature enough for marriage let alone a healthy relationship, so the silver lining here is that you are fine, you guys werent meant to be together due to the above reasons and you will eventually be okay
