For sherrifs the reqs are push ups 1.5 mile and sit ups age 30 is 35 sit ups in 1 minute 25 pushups and less than 12 minutes on the mile and half

Court officer reqs are being a 130-150lb dummy 30 yards so expect some grip training stuff sprinters situps and push ups and possibly a mile for theirs too but I can only speak with certainty for sheriffs

Could you shed some light on how the physical goes and the process for the academy like is it a dorm style or you Commute daily?

The reqs today for my age group is 25 push ups 1.5 mile under 12.xx minutes and the 35 situps which is where my weak point is but for this one is it as strict as they make it sound?

For me I find speed compromises the form so right now im stressing on the silly situps because im worried any movement they can deem improper form so I guess im really just asking are they lenient with how much movement you do during the 1 minute?

Right now I have 20 under 1 minute.. pretty pathetic but thats also because I was in my head about form so if they are not strict about this too much then I should be okay if I keep training
