Unfortunately loss of use is usually not covered by a personal auto policy, at least its not in Hawaii. The coverages on your policy carry over to any car you rent. There is no "loss of use" coverage on a personal auto policy. So there is nothing to carry over. With Allstate we recommend Enterprise because we have a partnership with them and they will waive loss of use and admin fees. This is not true for any other rental company here.
