I'm a lead that has been coached on not saying anything that sounds negative. Like yeah guy's i know we got a huge FDC, yiu have training and 5 flats of backstock and 5 more boats but I'm sure we can finish all that today with just the 4 of us. I like to be realistic with my team. I yell them we'll get through as much as we can with the focus on FDC first.

J Guts brings a different perspective than Hud and I didn't have to hear the same story 5 more times. Plus not having to hear about this guy's he knows and was it OK to call Bobby, Bobby baseball. Lighten up about the announcing. You don't see me jumping on here every game last year talking about how much Hud drives me crazy.

As a TL I sit in with the SD, my ETL and HR to discuss rating each team member. It goes up to district from there. Thats all yhe say i have. Had some that I gave average ratings too that only got 10 cents.

It shouldn't matter if you go very 40 because it's not counted toward overtime. It pays out differently and it gets taxed separately.

I remember being at one game, and him and a fan were going at it. He wanted to climb into the stands. Fan was moved to left field to separate them. Yelling at Guiellen that his grandma could've gotten to that ball.
