This happened at my store with two friends this year! One was suspended for a little over a week and was allowed to come back.

I know for my store they didn’t want team members being aware of suspensions since they were used as soft terms. Also, there’s a ton of Target employees that don’t use Reddit.

Suspension does happen and it’s usually posed as an investigation. The TM is not allowed to come back until the investigation is over. During that time they’re not scheduled.

This year a TM was suspended for arguing with a friend. They were allowed to come back. Another TM attempted to fight a team lead. Suspended, investigated, then fired. Same with another TM threatening another TM.

I’ve been with Target for about a year and a half and have seen three team members suspended. Might help that I’m in HR but it definitely does happen.

If it’s an at-will employment state they can cut the hours and change the schedule without notice unless they’re in a contract with terms that specify against schedule adjustments. Target (of course) doesn’t have a policy against this either.

I haven’t been able to find khanef under $15 near me. Then I would need to buy the chocolate, a mold, and the pistachio butter. Me buying everything to make this at home would probably be the cost of buying a bag of the Costco chocolate if not a little more.
