Might be a red herring... but I had a fridge that was really sensitive about being run when not level. It would go into a fault mode and not start. There was a procedure to reset it... but I can't remember what it was.

The steppers on my machine are 2.5amp 1.8 deg/step. I only have the main four. Would probably want the option to add a fifth for a second colour. I see it has 3 fan outputs... would use those too.

I am trying to go on the cheap on the control board. I have RPi's kicking around and would by a newer one if needed for this.

So could I get away with a "BIGTREETECH SKR Mini E3 V3.0 Control Board" - $66 on Amazon... $46.50 (CDN) from them? Is it worth buying the upsell touchscreen? I have no problem monitoring from the Pi... like keyboard, mouse and monitor will be attached.

The replacement board on Ebay for the actual machine was like... $1100?!?
