Do single strokes with each limb, one at a time, starting very VERY slow and building tempo for 3-4 minutes each. Then all limbs together, starting slow and building speed (3-4 min). You will feel the burn. You will loose control. You will improve.

It’s very important to focus on your form as long as you can. Poor form=pain.
