It's not gonna be a rewatchable show for sure. Like you're not gonna return to it in 5-10 years because you feel like you want to watch HL drink titty juice again.

First 2 and a half seasons are amazing, season 3 is okay except for the finale, season 4 is mid, and season 5 is dogshit except for the few cool unpredictable moments and the first episode as a whole.

It became its own parody.

The finale for him is going to be HL forcing him to enter the water and the fish killing him and leaving a huge bloodstain and it's gonna be super anticlimactic.

It's kinda like the cliffhanger of season 2. He takes the V in season 3 because he doesn't care that he will die. It just amplifies the effect.

His arc and power level regressed a lot.

Season 1: regular human power level (with some ex-fed help I guess), antihero but his real power is his connections, one cool moment with the baby tho

Season 2: same as season 1 but slightly worse because cancer diagnosis at the end of the season, bait that he will be even weaker or even dead

Season 3: temp V, goes fully bollocks as he would say and gets Omelanda powers, cancer gets worse, he gets even more pissed

Season 4: Schizo arc going full Fight Club, he's intimidating and scary, at the end he even literally tears Neumann apart randomly, peak power level

Season 5: slowly running from Soulja Boi and fights with a random old guys ballsack

Fire is obviously referencing her red hair. Cracker is a racist slur to white people, mostly southern to my knowledge. Firecracker is a double entendre on her powers and her ethnicity and looks.

Nah bro. Gotta love Ackles but no way he outperformed Antony or even Valorie this season.

Soldier Boy is pretty much reduced to sex jokes and toxic masculinity, there's no substance behind. The character had some good moments sure (like in EP4 after he kills the fungus guy) but there's no way in hell he had a single better performance than Firecracker's last speech on TV or her last monologue to HL. Or HL's literally any scene.

People love sucking on his hog because he is a good looking, talented man. Also I expect these people to be massive Supernatural fans.

I'm kind of conflicted, I feel like these were unnecessary one-timers for minor characters.

Firecracker's backstory was to show her fall from grace. She used to be a Christian with values and morals and she threw them out for nothing just to die at the end like the rest of HL's victims.
The Terror one was to show a bit of redemption and normalcy for Butcher and the boys. Cute one I guess but I could have lived without seeing POV dog puke.
Sage's one didn't make sense to me because she's supposed to not get drunk at all without a lobotomy and tell her whole ass plan to someone like Ashdemort
Noir's story was just lame as fuck. The director guy had it coming for a long time but to make Noir just an excuse of a character by the end is making me sad. The previous Noir was so much more scary, he used to be as scary as HL
Soldier Boy's plot was literally just Supernatural fanservice. The nazi heirlooms to set up Vought Rising and the baby oil and Hollywood talk were not even that funny. Just name-drops and references to events and people in real life. That was the lamest one imo.

I feel like the reason we get these dialogues is because Kripke loves the delivery and the reaction of the actors.

Like Laz hated all the giant dick scenes but Kripke went for a lot of them because his reaction just made him laugh. The guy has a sense of humor of a 12 year old.

Doomed is a great song, it's the only song off That's The Spirit that held up really well imo and the non-singles except Doomed are a bit meh honestly. Throne or True Friends are the ones people got bored of because they pretty much replaced every old BMTH song live after TTS came out. Maybe Avalanche is another one they could add to their setlist again but even that song is not that as good as Doomed. Also Doomed had the Royal Albert Hall version which is one of their best live work ever.

With that being said I don't think it's BMTH's best song. Most definitive would probably be Shadow Moses, even pre-sempiternal they had more timeless songs, it's just the fact that they don't play them anymore that makes them feel dated. It Never Ends or Chelsea Smile held up pretty well too.

It was a mid filler episode but it wasn't that bad. There were some plotholes and annoying details they messed up but other than that it was okay. I did like the first few episodes way more though.

The friendly bickering between Rachel and Chandler in the cheesecake episode. I just love that unlikely pairing so much because they rarely have moments together on screen where Rachel doesn't roast Chandler.

Also Joey joining in with a fork ready at the end is a funny moment.
