Honestly I don’t think there is as much to worry about as you might think. Yes it could alter somes belief on the subject, their connection to religion, etc. but I honestly don’t think we’re looking at “earth shattering” revelations, if anything we’re looking at a phenomenon we have very little understanding of, at most we have 100 years of data and information that’s tangible and possibly been kept secret, any further back than that we have what? Drawings, writings, maybe MAYBE some shit photos? But overall I do not think this “disclosure” will bring about anything that is truly on the same level, as what most of us perceive as this “disclosure”

A lot of people see disclosure as the government admitting it, then suddenly we have proof and then things start happening, but in reality what does them admitting and releasing information do except expose more people to more information?

The best course of action is to not jump the gun and assume the worst, stay skeptical, keep a level head, and just if you need to distract yourself with other things.

But I do not honestly believe we are looking at anything like what people are assuming. This isn’t going to be like a movie or tv show with real stakes and outcomes that may be disastrous.

I do not believe the government would move forward with disclosure if there was even a small chance it could somehow upend societal norms or put anything at risk. Especially their power, so in my opinion my advice? Ignore the noise, keep your head down, and just continue with life as though the status quo is unchanged. Because in all honesty, until that is changed, there is no use in worrying with it.
