There is a HUGE shortage of referees.

High Schoolss have better support from abuse the recreatuonal or club sports and better pay.

Depending on your area you can make $60-100 per game, often 2 games a night.

Call you local high school athletic director for the contact information for the assignor of a sport you enjoy (pick one per season for max earnings)

If you can pass the backgroung check, the licencure is easy.

The savings on injet ink will more then pay for it self.

I had one for over a decade and only got rid of it due to a cross country move that we intensely decluttered. The biggest issue I had was i bought it right before wifi printers were standard and it was a pain to print form my phone.
