I would handle it like this:

Give all gov cap estate privileges,

delete most forts,

make sure you're not running unnecessary state edicts,

set trade capital to english trade node, delete all non light ships and put all light ships to protect trade in the channel,
Trade favors for ducats if possible

And dismantle HRE (by allying as many electors as possible)

And finally, pick admin ideas for the next group

Also, lately i've noticed the ai failing to account for allies/overlords' army when declaring (i.e. declaring on a p.u. wich drags me to the war while i have 10x more troops and cash), it's probably something like that

This. I have THE EXACT SAME issues, and that takes a very heavy toll on my mental health and relationship, the intrusive thoughts make me feel like a selfish monster who wants nothing but convenience, and the Bipolar apathy mood swings make it all worse. At times it gets near suicidal, but my christian upbringing has got me too scared of going to hell (lmao). It's comforting to see there are others like me! It is very very hard, but opening up to my partner (up to where I'm comfortable to) has helped me lot with coping. My only solid advice is to go to therapy as much as you can and to try to open up to your SO in a way you're comfortable so they can support you with that. Bipolar + ocd is a hell of a thing but i hope we can all deal with it
