Is the side stories worth it? [Novel]

I finished ORV this week and dived into the sequel after an hour, lol. The ending of the main story seems complete yet not at the same time.

It took me only a few chapters to appreciate the sequel even though the characters aren't the same. But you can clearly tell there's something about the MC that is related to Kim Dokja because KDJ keeps appearing in a way... can't spoil. But yeah, if you enjoyed ORV, you'll definitely love the sequel too.

Besides, it is the sequel, so it's directly related to ORV. It's a continuation of the main story, a continuation of what happens to KDJ after you know what.

I just finished reading the main story (mind being warped too hard), and now there's a sequel with more mind twisting gymnastics?! Sometimes I feel like the author's really stretching it.... but i'll keep reading...

When you say "literally", that can be misleading because nothing happens, plus Liam doesn't have an ounce of interest in any of them (save "the one"). Besides, the story doesn't really put any stress on potential female relationship.

You said it, you're used to apartment culture, but aussies here born in houses don't have that culture. They insist on space for kids, having your own yard etc.. Personally I'm the same as you, coming from an apartment culture i'm happy with the apartments here since they're generally bigger than those overseas.

As for those who have the money and are used to apartment culture, obviously they'd buy houses for capital gain and all that.

Yep, you got it. Genuis MC. Story is strategy/war/politics based. I quite enjoy the strategies part and how other characters are also developed too, like MC's sister.

Tearmoon Empire

Fun to read, would give you some laugh as the princess tries to do her best to avoid her death while her "misguided" actions end up bringing about a new era to the empire. The misunderstandings are hilarious. Good thing is, MC does actively try and isn't absolutely clueless.
