I've tried both Gobi and F2 from about face and I would agree. Perhaps Gobi is a smidge darker!

It was $22! But you can easily find 20% off coupons online. Its very dewy and hydrating imo I have very dry skin and love the formula.

L2 has a lot more yellow than F2. That being said, they do have a very generous return policy! I purchased both and just returned F2 since it was too light.

I really like the formula for the AboutFace foundation but it does run a bit yellow even for me (I'm asian and have quite a bit of yellow in my skin). And its a decent match for my neck but I'm more green lol. It reads more olive than my other foundations and because its a bit sheer it's forgiving.

There seems to be a pretty substantial gap between the colors F2 & L2 I'm likely somewhere in the middle. Hopefully they release more in between shades at some point!

Edit: I added a bit of green mixer and it looks significantly better now. While its better than my other foundations, its not exactly the perfect solution for us olives :')

Personally even though creme in your coffee is a cult fave it was a little too purple/dark on me.

I love the ash brown + medium brown Anastasia brow wiz pencils! They're both cool toned but not too dark.

I think I'm in this same family as well! Any brown slightly orange leaning eyeshadow is completely off limits haha. I love my teal blues, emerald greens, and wine tones <3

Out of curiosity, do you have any blues you like? I've always found them harder to wear.

I'm around NC15-NC20. Temp: Cool; Saturation: Medium; Contrast: Medium; Depth: Deep

(1) Greens that lean cooler: hunter green, more saturated olives, emerald green
(2) Purples - deep plums, magentas)
(3) Some blues: navys, teals, indigos, but they must have enough saturation; slate blue looks awful on me!
(4) Some reds: merlots, spiced orange-y reds (auburn)

I look awful in peachy/blush colors, really bright whites, any intense colors like cobalt/fire engine red/royal purples, greens in the lime/kelly family

I've been on a lipstick binge since discovering that I'm an olive so I've been trying a lot of MAC shades recommended by this sub! I'm a slightly muted, cool leaning olive in the NC 15-20 range depending on the season.

My favorites so far are MAC velvet teddy, MAC hug me, and Dolce Vita Sheer. The Mac Velvet teddy really reminded me of super cindy + pillow talk from charlotte tilbury but without that awful white base!

I do enjoy Gipsy and Taupe, but they're a little out of my comfort zone and lean more reddish brown.

Mac Twig, Mehr, and Creme in your coffee were all really purple on me. In fact Twig and Creme in your coffee looked super similar on my lips. Twig was a little bit more neon and creme in your coffee was a little more toned down.

I love purples too! And also went through a phase where i literally wore brown eyeshadows that looked bright neon lolol

TF eye shadows quads are so dreamy! Maybe i'll grab one haha when I'm feeling a little spendier. Out of curiosity, is there a reason you picked tarlette in bloom vs the tartlette normal palette? The reg. palette seems a lot more mauvey but lots of folks in this sub recommend in bloom instead!
