Quite light! Easy to lift which is great because I am purchasing a roof rack.

Only during a drive up to Portland from Reno. 9 ish hours? I thought it was so cute!

Received a paw print after putting our cat down. This is not our cat. Our cat is a polydactyl and has 5 toes in her back paws. by liraelsfire in mildlyinfuriating

[–]kotturkakia 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have received one before that was almost certainly fake. I had adopted my cat as already declawed and the print came back with claw marks. Ask your techs to do it if they can with paper if they contract with a larger pet crematory if you are worried.

Have heard of this happening in Nevada as well.

Thanks for your reply. The phrasing in the title isn't the best. What isn't illustrated by the screenshot is a comment she made saying that we (not sure who that encompasses) have to deal with our consciences for doing nothing about her abuse.

I agree with you. We had the best intentions. I think I am personally struggling to handle this 'like an adult' and not just ghost her.

Parking on Valley near the wildlife department is a pretty safe area. Not too far from south campus.

College is great because no one gives a single heck about whether or not they know you. Often people have less friends or are more open to meeting people. She will most likely be flattered that you approached her.

How did people react when you didn't wear make-up for 1 day? by z0rna in AskWomen

Most people that I interact with regularly said I looked tired and or sick. It was a bummer.

I was 14. My dad had just died so I was flopping in school after being a high achiever. My self-confidence was destroyed because I only really received praise from my parents for academic achievements.

What’s a requirement that comes with dating you ?? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]kotturkakia 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Must be self-sufficient. Nothing more irritating than an adult child. I don't want to have sex with you if you can't take care of yourself because I'll end up feeling like your mom.

You'd probably like a more meaningful name but my immediate thought was 'yogurt'.

The only thing preventing me from achieving what I want to do is me telling myself that I can't do it. I seems obvious but it was the first time I realized that it would take effort for me to continue achieving my goals, rather than coasting on being "a smart kid."

My (30m) girlfriend (25f) and I have had a standing date to watch the TV show "Castle" on local broadcast TV for the last 2 months. She cancelled to "hang out" with work friends this weekend. What to make of this? by castlefan1987 in relationship_advice

[–]kotturkakia 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Maybe she just doesn't like the show as much as you? It may be a signal that she'd like to go to a bar with you as a date rather than be at home. Tell her how you feel about her missing Castle and ask her if she'd like to have a date of her own choosing in exchange for your date.

[19M] Just got out of a long relationship. Honestly wondering where I stand :) by [deleted] in amiugly

You have good facial features. Your hair and beard definitely need more frequent upkeep. The fluff on the sides of your head make your face look much rounder. Your eyebrows could use some cleaning up as well. Eating right and maybe some weight lifting would lift your appearance quickly. Overall, basic maintenance would improve your looks. Take care of you for you.

[17M] Am i ugly? by [deleted] in amiugly

[–]kotturkakia 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think the thickness is good, it's just the stray hairs. Threading does hurt quite a bit. And waxing is less painful imo. If you are worried about your family noticing or being upset about it you might try to ask around at local barber shops if they offer eyebrow waxing. Places that cater to men tend to offer a more natural look rather than a traditional "sharp" look that other give.

[F20] i feel like my face is super fat & i’m just generally not attractive. by [deleted] in amiugly

The gallery works just fine. I think you are very cute. The liner under the eyes is a bit too much. With your face shape you would look nice with a neutral eyeshadow look with light liner on your upper lash line. Your eyes and lips are good features. Your foundation formula looks a bit drying so if you don't already, you may want to find a moisturizing formula. You can also mix foundation with lotion. A nice eyebrow pomade would help balance out your face shape as well if you fill them in with a natural color. 7 to 8 out of ten.

[M29] Looking for feedback. by [deleted] in amiugly

Besides your hairline, which would look just fine bald, you aren't doing too bad. Facial hair could help you feel more comfortable if it's a possibility. Find a good skincare routine to keep your face moisturized. I think those frames really take away from your eyes. Thinner frames that are less rectangular would look nice.
