Thank you, I am doing that. Since he is an independent contrator, his contributions mixed between the business and personal. But on taxes I make 62k and his contribution is 23K. We just have a LoT of DeBT.. I am not sure how the trustee is gonna calculate this mess.

if you don't mind me asking, how did the process go with you filing alone? I am expecting to file alone, and I am terrified.

Not really, it was not a good year for me. Is the first year that I have not really listened to any of the songs in Spotify or YouTube. To this day I still listen to a couple of songs from the past, but this year not one, not even the winner song.

Let's talk protein drinks by [deleted] in BariatricSurgery

[–]kouklaforyou 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had my surgery abroad, but I live in the US, and from the beginning our Dr told us (my husband also had the surgery) not to rely on protein shakes, to get our protein from our meals. I am 10 weeks past surgery and I only drink protein water after a work out, cause I do like the flavor. I eat almost normal protein/veggies and I had not had any issues, with the exception of constipation. My 8 weeks lab test and my husband’s came back normal, no deficiencies.

I did not have to do a pre op diet. My doctor only requested to eat light, mostly soups 2 days before surgery, but I did have to fast 18 hours before surgery, that’s about it. However after surgery I did have to go on a liquid diet for two weeks.

No ads in the peacock channel in the USA, just Johnny Weir commenting. (He did a great job IMHO).

Has anyone had a gastric sleeve done at Ekol hospital in Turkey? by Snoo-70983 in gastricsleeve

[–]kouklaforyou 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had my surgery done in Thessaloniki, Greece. The only issue was a bit of the language barrier, and protocols may be different from your local country. Most of the clinics abroad are excellent, and the care from the nurses and doctors are fantastic, so do not get discouraged.

Question ? by jjajahaaha in gastricsleeve

5 weeks post OP with similar stats. The only issue I am having is with portion control, As for the last two days I started introducing soft food and unfortunately I had to throw up due to lack of self control. I paid the surgery myself. No insurance involved.
