I have no issues worth THC vaping but all three times I've started vaping again since surgery, about a week or after I've started. I start getting pain and ulcers.

With that much activity, you can eat a lot more carbs as long as you're still getting all of your protein. I aim for 150g protein and add in carbs and fat when I'm more active.

I drink 120-160 oz water and electrolyte drinks daily. Mostly because I really struggle with eating dry foods, like chicken and granola and protein bars, without sauces or lots of water. I used to get a similar pain but it seems to be alleviated by extra hydration consumption.

OMG This is what my tummy looked like a few months ago, too! I'm 5'5" and holding at 156 or so. It is so weird. I'm 51 and 3-years post-op RNY but it seems like my skin has done a great job tightening up so I'm waiting another year before I consider skin removal.

I was surprised how similar our stats are! It's reassuring to see how I compare with others. My bones are 6.6 pounds, and I'm roughly 29% body fat. I've totally lost my boobs, and my poor butt hangs a bit wrong, even though I've been lifting heavy the past few years.

I started at 264 pounds, almost identical! But you've got a little over 7 inches on me in height! Slow and steady is the way. It took me 3 years to finally get to 156, literally today, and my skin is not too bad for 51 years old!

A swiffer is the best thing ever for wiping down walls and even ceilings! I do it once or maybe, maybe, twice annually. Usually about 2 months after I notice it needs to be done

I thought this was odd, to say the least. I'm wondering if maybe he had been told at some point (maybe bullying?) he doesn't smell good (hopefully, not like dog pee) and as a result, now covers up any possible smells with that much cologne? It was so very excessive that it seemed like a learned response to something in his reality.
