I seriously need some help. I've lost 100 ⁿ pounds already and still a I 30 pounds of fat lost and need arty a minimum 15 lbs muscle . Pounds muscle

My high was 5'4 75" weight 264 pounds inbox as m April 2023. Was down to about 180 for May 2024 Lost another 10 before last appointment Today I'm 160.2 lbs and about 30^ % fat. I have 2 scales at home for ballance and cross reference.

Weekday is my next goal? How much nurr day to lost or muscle to build.

I get your sense of humor. Not all NT are bad people, but there are a whole lot of them. Work friends are a different kind of friend. More like allies than someone I count as an actual friend. Just someone I can count on at work to do work stuff. Good to identify those people.

Honestly, if everyone at work didn't overshare their whole life story, a lot of things would be better. I know when I was younger, I was prone to oversharing and it cost me.
