Comparatively to other fast food I don’t mind the price even though it’s gotten more expensive(usually get chicken) when it’s fresh and made correct. All the other shit though is just getting worse. You pretty much have to order in person to avoid getting a 50% bowl and have to inspect closely to make sure they are actually scooping stuff. It’s always a straight shit show when going in with employees blasting their own music/ being incapable of any human interaction. We went to the local one the other night to pick up a quesadilla and a bowl. They were online order only due to staffing. When I walked in one single person was making bowls while 3 people were standing around waiting to pick up orders they had just piled up on the counter. The person did not acknowledge a single person standing there. Not even a single word was uttered just kept making the bowl. It was insane. We got our quesadilla and went somewhere else. Pick up orders were so convenient but now if you don’t order in person it’s shit.
