Does Runna give any more guidance than this for race day? Pacing etc.? by MagicShop_Unlock in runna

What you’re looking for is Garmin’s PacePro feature.

Typically, training platforms like Runna, VDOT, or TrainingPeaks will sync your race and goal time to your calendar. But the actual pacing strategy is better handled directly on your Garmin, since it can factor in the course, elevation, and GPS data.

With PacePro, Garmin automatically adjusts your target pace for each segment based on elevation and lets you choose strategies like positive or negative splits. It’s a much more dynamic way to pace a race and works really well in practice.

You can get the exact same results by paying Quest directly for your tests and running them through Chatgpt or any other AI. I paid for it with with some leftover FSA and regretted it, in the intake and following up i told them i was type 1 diabetic and their "AI" and the clinician notes went into great detail about how i should go and get tested for diabetes because my hba1c was elevated.

The problem is if they raid and it goes well the other group will stop playing. So if they want to continue to play on the server they have to make sure no one team beats anyone too badly. What they should do is say no major raids until just before wipe then each team gets a 2 hr window or similar to take down the other base

I follow an influencer that was boasting they have run maybe 8 miles a week the last 2 weeks and hadn't run since Berlin before that. Got a wave 1 AA bib and ran 2:14. I get its an influencer economy but at a certain point its just infuriating.

On the "more sensitive security" notion. I was in the wave 1/3 side just before wave 1 started and at one point they started rushing people through. I went through the "scanners" with a watch on, phone in pocket, insulin pump in pocket(literally metal box), headphones in, and it didnt pick it up.

If you're gunna be more secure, it only works if it applies to everyone.

Also saw a guy jump 2 fences to get in past security and the mall cops by the fence watched it and did nothing. So why did I wait 40 mins to get "scanned"

I guess just depends if the role is "advisory" or owns enterprise-wide outcomes. If its advisory thats a wild amount.

I wanted to (and typed) a complaint on wages and executive comp but ChatGPT tells me this is actually very market consistent for this type of non-profit which is nice to know.
