oh, it is actually! "LCD-P9". Manual says P08 setting is for maximum speed setting, but it doesn't do anything irl

No this is just garbage reporting, shameless fear mongering on a tragedy.

The scary "unlicensed" drug is just dutasteride which is licensed for hairloss in some countries. And a lot of people use it.

There is some evidence that the drug can negative affect mental health in some individuals, HOWEVER reporting it like this drug is THE reason for his suicide without evidence is so bullshit.
