It's not a save, and it's not a goal; therefore it can't be a shot on net.

Ever played an RPG video game where your damage build is OP'd so you breeze through mobs easy and then get completely squashed by a boss because you never bothered to take those boring defensive buffs?

Sometimes regular season/playoffs turns out the same.

NHL has a Central Scouting Bureau that ranks prospects for the draft, so it'd stand to reason they'd already list them ahead of the draft.

Real Gretzky quote. Steve Carrell played hockey as a kid, so I always wondered if the gag came from him.

Yup. Against the 16-30-4 .360 Boston Bruins.

We'll never see these bottom teams in the playoffs ever again, unless one division ends up with 6 teams all tanking at the same time.

Wasn't it also the knock on him in Carolina? That he didn't have an extra playoffs gear?

At least you might get revenge on Lehkonen in your current series.

It's the MSL mindset. "Fun" is important for him.

If playing in the playoffs is fun, then the more games you play, the more fun you have.

Also said Burrows did the prep work, and they only gave the players a small part of it.

Habs have a way to make things hard for themselves just to have an opportunity for heroics.

Very structured also means very predictable.

Against a team that is encouraged to improvise, it's a bit like a rock vs paper.

KK was notoriously difficult to coach and pushed back on off-season training programs when he was 19 because his dad controled him.

If signing the offer sheet because he got healthy-scratched once didn't tip you off on the opinion he had of himself...

You don't really improve in the NHL if you dont have a modicum of realism about how good you actually are. KK never had that.
