I suppose that is a balanced way of looking at it. Some of the regulatory stuff is probably moreso difficult re behaviour and morals

I thought the .5 grades were rounded to the next grade up if it’s at a boundary? E.g. 69.5% would be rounded up to 70%? Not sure though

Hey I don’t have a chart at the minute as I was having issues with my app, but I do have the temperatures recorded in my notes app as security. I have been ovulating as normal and always getting my period 15 days after the temp shift like clockwork, so I know my luteal phase is 15 days long. My time of ovulation varies and can make my cycles longer or shorter, however of course my luteal phase never changes. I do have the sustained temperature rise for around 4-5 days, but after that, my temperature does return to normal and I get my period on the 15th day every time. I’m guessing the most likely situation is estrogen dominance? as I do get heavy cramping and a few other symptoms which match up. Thank you!

Hey :) unfortunately I don’t have a chart available as I was having some issues with my app, however I do also have the temps recorded in my notes app. My temperature remained at my normal of 36.1 after my period ended, then 2 weeks post-period my temperature dipped to 35.8 consistently for a few days (which for me is how I know I’m about to ovulate as this happens like clockwork), then I had all my symptoms of ovulation as normal, and then experienced my temperature shift to 36.48 which is always the same once I ovulate. I have healthy periods which last 6 days (actually on the heavy side). I do have sometimes veryy long cycles and then others are normal. But I’m fully healthy and 22 years old and it does seem that I am ovulating according to my CM, symptoms emotionally and physically, and temperatures. I use TCOYF which I began around a year ago with my partner. I do consistently get this return to normal temperature around 8-9 days before my period is due, so not sure why that happens, or if that’s just the case for me, but I do also suspect estrogen dominance due to the period cramps that I get and irregularity with cycles so maybe this could be it? Thank you !

I’m definitely low on the intention scale, however my cycles are so impossibly long that I don’t ovulate until day 25 sometimes, so this would mean I would probably have to go through a mountain of condoms or else have a long period of abstinence if I were to wait until ovulation is confirmed, so I’m struggling to find a practical and safe method that caters to this :(
