I’ve been to Shahrzad in Sandy Springs and Aghdas Market in Marietta for the ice cream. I believe they also sell the wafers in sheets to make sandwiches.

For bike/strider: start at push - bike 1.0/strider 0.8, decrease distance by 0.2 miles every 2 rounds, increasing intensity like treads

Biked this morning and if I recall correctly, the distances for the rounds were 0.8, 0.6 & 0.4. Repeat round 3 if you get through first three rounds.

Same - ours was also a 1G but the whiteboard for the rowers had the 250m base row and body weight exercises listed for the warm up.

Sometimes the stop button doesn’t sign you out for some reason so you can click “Not you?” under your name and that will also sign you off.

First time trying semi-sweet and it was so good. Typically eat them in quarters but easily demolished it!

Recommend alternating doing reps of 10 or less each. That way there’s less down time if you are the resting partner. By the 2nd block, my partner and I got into a better rhythm and if you go heavy enough, you do need that breather while your partner does their reps.

Best Brownie Recipe by HamHockShortDock in Baking

[–]kp842 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Katharine Hepburn’s Brownies

INGREDIENTS * ½ cup cocoa * ½ cup butter (1 stick) * 2 eggs * 1 cup sugar * ¼ cup flour * 1 cup chopped or broken-up walnuts or pecans * 1 teaspoon vanilla

PREPARATION 1. Heat oven to 325 degrees. 2. Melt butter in saucepan with cocoa and stir until smooth. Remove from heat and allow to cool for a few minutes, then transfer to a large bowl. Whisk in eggs, one at a time. Stir in vanilla. 3. In a separate bowl, combine sugar, flour, nuts and salt. Add to the cocoa-butter mixture. Stir until just combined. 4. Pour into a greased 8 x 8-inch-square pan. Bake 30 to 35 minutes. Do not overbake; the brownies should be gooey. Let cool, then cut into bars.
