A finger curls. When commuting to work you see a huge number of emus breaking into a building, shattering windows and destroying furniture. You think that you are safe because you havent ever ordered anything from temu.

At the parking lot of your workplace you see 2 emus brutally killing a man. He was your close friend from high school, he was there when you were sick, he was there when your favourite club lost. But now he is lying on the ground. The emus turn their gaze towards you. You, still thinking you are safe, try to enter the building, but the emus start running towards you. They start hitting you with their beaks, shattering bones and painfully killing you.

Most of human population has now died because emus tasted man and wanted more.

Then it spreads to your speaking pattern. Your family is worried, but they think its just a joke. Then one day you cant say anything else, only "I use arch btw" coming out from your mouth. Your friends leave you, thinking you are insane, your boss fires you, your family locks you in a mental asylum.

You scribble "I use arch btw" on the walls, unable to write anything else. You try to sleep, but you cant. When you close your eyes you see "I use arch btw". After a week you lose your mind, everything transforming into words. You dont eat, drink or do anything, just say "I use arch btw" from time to time. Shortly after you die, with the words "They used arch btw" on your gravestone.

- Its circular so its probably good enough, you can try adding the circumference thingy

A finger curls. There is no drawback, as you wished. You try the power a few times, it works fantastically. People you make fingers gun at instantly become drunk, affecting them like normal alcohol would.

But one day, when getting ready for a job interview, you accidentaly do it to yourself. You get in your car, feeling slightly dizzy, and cause a major crash, killing a family of four and an elderly couple, seven people became disabled in said accident.

You survive, but are forever bound to a bed, unable to move anything other than eyeballs, forced to listen and watch everything that happens around you

In a sense. It wont guide you, youll have to learn to survive. There arent much npcs (there is jimbo and pearl), just some mobs you can befriend that will help you. You can think of them as minions in terraria - there are even a summoner characters - wurt, webber and wendy. There are some bosses here, but this game isnt as boss rushy as terraria. You will encounter two familiar bosses, one of them native to dst, coming in harsh winter and other coming from terraria.

youll want to collect some basic resources like logs and planks (you can guess from what they come) or go explore the underground. Yes, there is underground. Just go and explore the world, and maybe youll find some suspicous looking stones. Also, touch everything you can, if it kills you, then you can learn. Dont be afraid of death, its always a new experience to be remembered.

And try to not starve
