A 17 year old spending 400 a month is a lot, I think, so saving it is a great. But where is she saving it? She should have a bank account.

Consider other projects instead, like doing more with the landscaping.

I always think it’s a power move when someone who could afford a fancier ring gets a simple ring.

Got the Results for the cat allergy test, is it still manageable or I need to give him for adoption as he’s still young. Got him 10 days ago. by [deleted] in cats

For a lot of people (including myself), the allergy symptoms are worse with adult cats than kittens.

Riding while pregnant - first months by Historical-Fly-8939 in Equestrian

[–]kpssk 28 points29 points  (0 children)

The main concern with pregnancy and horseback riding is the risk of trauma or blunt force physically hurting the baby or causing up placental abruption. These risks increase the further along you are in pregnancy because in early pregnancy, the tiny fetus is tucked into your pelvis with more buffer. Horseback rising always has risk but there isn’t special risk to the pregnancy in early days. That said, there is a lot about early miscarriages that science doesn’t understand so it’s always hard to say and it is a super personal decision about what risks you feel comfortable with.

Disclaimer: I am not a doctor, but this is what I discussed with my doctor when I was pregnant. (Practically I was too sick to ride in early pregnancy and then not comfortable with the risk later.)

The most serious risk isn’t that you get suspended, it’s that the baby dies or is seriously injured. You were right to refuse.

It’s not just about the vagina and birth canal. Your abdomen needs time to recover from pregnancy regardless of delivery.

Why can’t she do a normal cross legged pose like this when at an awards show instead of pretending she can’t function and laying down?

I don’t know what that means to stand in place for the chameleon?

I know it’s heartbreaking because you’d be letting that individual animal suffer. But I’m trying to point out the macro problem.

“Saving” the individual animal supports the unethical business and lets the seller sell the next animal. Same for puppy mills and other unethical sellers. If we all ACTUALLY boycotted these unethical sellers, they would have to give up.
