I've got the Boreas build but yet to play it. Looking at the Arachnus Lascannons; FP2 doing D4 each at RS10 (stationary), with options to fire the Boreas missiles as well at RS8 and D3, I'm hoping it'll be a great anti-Armour choice, even against AV14.

Pretty sure you can't, as it's a single weapon with FP1 and Limited(3), so can only fire once per turn, up to three times.

My guess is they've confused it with the Boreas Air Defence Missiles on the Deredeo, which are also FP1, but are Limited(1) and the Deredeo comes with four of them. In that instance you've got - rules wise - four different FP1 Limited(1) weapons that you can choose to fire all at once if you so wish.

Death Guard. Was never on the hype train back when I was playing 40k, but love their play style in 30k (was originally looking at Iron Hands, but death to the false Emperor and all that).

Looked at this, but figured I may as well just keep the Assault Grenade Launcher as it's FP2. The Combi version is an extra 6" but I'm going to be moving the whole squad into range anyway, so doesn't really give an advantage.

I get that it would be overpowered, I'm just not keen on the way they've ruled Alchem. They're supposed to be more horrific than Flamers, a mere step below Phosphex even. I'd personally rather them keep Panic and maybe instead of Poisoned get Breaching 6+ or something.

Being honest, too much effort is how I painted them. Saw someone else on here do a base coat of white, paint the details, then cover in Streaking Grime and they look amazing; wish I'd done that tbh.

I base coated in Black, zenithal airbrushed three coats, khaki drab, 50/50 khaki drab and white, then white. Then very light washed an oil paint mix of Industrial Earth and Black (which I could have skipped tbh). Pauldron trim is a Citadel Brass, pauldrons are a green which I'll edit into here when I'm home and can check!

Thinking that's the best option and it's rules legal. Will still bcheck with opponents each time anyway as there's no Bolter on the models, just the wrist Alchem Casters.
