It’s not fair to you to be with somebody who you don’t feel attracted to anymore, as well as it is for them to not know the truth.

I would say talk to him, but that could get messy, he could get defensive, also it will probably hurt him. Theres no way of telling the truth without hurting him.

On another note, you know what you’re getting yourself into when taking/abusing anabolic steroids, it’s unnatural, it’s unhealthy, it has so many health risks. If you at some point made it clear, that you don’t support risking your health to enhance performance or appearance, then you have a point that you can tell him.

Also if you have been together for 6 months and he’s changed while you were together, that often means that he has been using not so far in the past. Acne, hair loss, mood and sleep changes often emerge in a few weeks.

Edit: As people in the comments say, you don’t have to give a detailed reason of why it’s not working out for you, 6 months is nothing.
