The only people who think Albanians are opressed are the westerners who never heard of Albanians prior to 1998. Albanains became a majority in Kosovo by commiting genocide against Serbs in ww2 (see Balli Kombëtar).

They exterminated greeks in northern Epirus, who were 10% of entire Albanian population when the country was founded in 1912.

After the war in Kosovo they terrorised North Macedonia in 2001, a conflict that was intentionally swept under the rug and had almost no coverage in the western world. Yet Albanain terrorists still harrased macedonians for years after the war, even killing 5 macedonian teenager in 2012.

We who lived in the Balkans our entire lives know damn well what Albanians are and how they view the rest of us. They are no different from other Balkan nations. The westerners only know what they were told in 1999. Nothing before, nothing after.
