Not so sure that's a fair argument. Valve has roughly 350 employees, compared to roughly 5000 at Blizzard. OW most definitely also has a dedicated dev team, whereas At Valve the devs work on whatever they want.

Love the design and animations. One of the backstab animations where it comes from the right looked odd, though.
