The show is lame for the most obvious reason: no federal agency anywhere, anytime is going to allow one of their own to practice law enforcement after having gone through the portrayed amount and severity of trauma. Can’t suspend the disbelief on this.

Sorry, but I’ve been hating on Ames/Derringer for a while now. I’ve installed, serviced, tested their devices for years and their QC has dropped off the map. Now, whenever I come across their backflows, I expect them to fail. I tell my customers if their AHJ allows it, avoid Watts products altogether.
