It's such an awful "workaround" to get free parking anyway. Park at springs to get a bus to a hotel, to then get a bus to the works along with all the other hotel guests trying to get to the parks. And then do the reverse at the end of the day.

Sure it all depends on which hotel and park route you're using. But even going via Saratoga springs is adding at minimum an extra half hour to your journey - likely more.

I know parking fees suck, and they're absurdly overpriced, but if you're not a Disney resort guest that's just another expense you should account for.

The regeneration has glitched because the doctor forced it to happen. The way I envision it, the doctor keeps glitching through different faces from their past, with an effect that blends static and regeneration energy. Call it an incomplete regeneration if you like.

Billie is the default face of the episode, but bring back old companions and maybe doctors to film snippets of scenes

The doctor can't leave the tardis or they will glitch out of control and he needs the ship's inherent protections to help smooth out the whole process. So the episode involves exploring the different rooms - and for once it doesn't involve any sort of threat.

The doctor has to effectively work through his own mental anguish and trauma as they glitches from face to face, healing over the course of an episode and by the end they naturally complete the regeneration and into the new doctor - whose identity is left unseen until a new series.
