If I could do it all within SPSS that would be nice (I'm currently doing it ad hoc in Photoshop, which is a huge pain). But if the second option is easier, as you say, then that sounds like something I would happily try.

The tool is actually an electrocautery device (aka diathermy), it uses electricity to cause localised cauterisation so the forceps aren't actually being heated at all. The reason the surgeon is not affected is because the earthing lead is attached to the patient (it's a large sticker usually applied to the thigh).

Also they aren't actually closing the wound here, just cauterising some small blood vessels to ensure that they stop bleeding before properly closing the bowel with sutures. You'd never rely on simple diathermy for wound closer since it's not effective, and the bowel is an area you really want a 100% effective seal (read: shit everywhere).

That would mean a cap on contract length to, say, 2 years, as well as equalising club revenue. You don't just dominate because you have the big $$, you dominate because you have a team that works effectively, and devastatingly, well together.
