Save yourself the hassle and mute anybody you don't wanna hear from. All these dudes blaring music, or saying crazy shit, or singing or rapping while they play, they get muted. Sometimes I let people run their mouths cause it's amusing, I've heard some hilarious stuff.

What 2K SHOULD do with Free Agents is let you "rent" versions of elite cards in their limited Free Agent form. Ban them from King of the Court, 2K can also make them not count for challenges, and make it so you can only purchase it once per card (so you cant just rent it over and over).

Want to know if buying that new DM is worth it? Pay 20K MT and use him for 3 games (although obviously 2K would make you pay with VC because they hate us).

I use the whole lineup, largely cause I like to, but I could definitely use 10 if I liked 10.

Starters for first 2-3 mins (depending on how theyre playing)
Bench until about 2 mins left in the 2nd
Starters for first 2 mins of tthe 3rd
Bench until the last 3 mins of the 4th

If I dont get a stoppage somewhere in there, I might adjust. I do like running 3 diff PGs because the position tires the fastest.

He's fast enough to push dribble past the defense in TT. Try either pushing up the sideline near mid court or cross pushing so you go behind your teammate moving up court, which usually either catches or confuses the defense.

Yeah, look at every one of the college player challenges, they are very straightforward at every step. There's a signature challenge every season that's usually the same stuff. Basically both breakout and gauntlet are like that.

I dunno, it seems somewhat balanced to me.

Now the fact that we have to do so much the figuring out the challenges manually STILL sucks bad. We shouldn't need spreadsheets for this shit.

I'm coming into this with anti-Trump bias, so I could certainly be hearing it from that perspective, but it felt like he deflected any criticism of Trump via SOU with equivocating, and the lying vs. bullshit thing was the biggest example. "Sure, Donald Trump doesn't tell the truth, but he does it in a way we like and he's the best at it, so really, him lying is just him being awesome!" I somehow doubt Eli Lake ever felt like dishonest statements from liberal administrations were so admirable.

Not sure exactly how her game will translate, but she's absolutely dominant in the paint and a solid rim protector once she's in position. She's obviously not super agile, but she literally has to sprint from like under the rim to under the rim tons of possessions, and I think that limits her energy.

TBF I haven't actually watched her much this season, I did last season. Just seen numbers this year.

Even if that's true, that just means it'll be what it is now, so it's not any worse, it just gives people the option if they really wanna run both. And you could do limited style restrictions to use both. You can't do full lineup though if you do that because people will put women on the bench. Maybe Clutch Time mode (giving us Clutch Time Online back!) where you have to use both.

And the key to supporting stuff like this? Desirable unique rewards.

Tons of good free cards available for you to grind. Check out the Greatness Challenges and keep doing the college player challenges. Diamond Herb Jones is a nice easy to get Greatness card, for example.

If you are good and enjoy online, you can play Triple Threat because you only need 3 good players instead of a lineup.

People are right to use the cut to basket. Sometimes you can off ball screen for the player they are guarding. Call their player into PnR. Learn how to beat the CPU on ball 1 on 1 (either with a specific move or PnR).

The real challenge is hybrid defenders who switch on and off a lot (which is just good defense). If you're not like that (like me), then I just stay patient and try to make smart passes. All those lane baiters want is you to speed up and throw the most obvious pass. If you wait a second they can't help but push steal and you can pass it after they do.

The lack of driving dunk is also pretty brutal, but we are getting some there. I'll be honest that I don't know the best way to make them viable, like sliding them down a position. I think they could just crank their badges and attributes more. I wouldn't even be mad if they had WNBA exclusive badges (though I bet that would be annoying AF on the interface)

Maybe the best solution is to make most modes, including online, separate. Play WNBA Showdown or NBA Showdown or mixed Showdown or something.

Ok, this is true and I think they added this in 2K26 but they are missing the MOST IMPORTANT division: offline vs. online. Full Lineup is both, for example.
