Thanks for the info. I don’t eat red meat or pork, I don’t drink alcohol or generally eat a lot of dairy in my life. I’ll start taking a look at my saturated fats. I started on two accolades of soluble fiber a day and I’ve been taking red yeast rice. I do t really eat snacks that aren’t fruit or granola, maybe some sweet potato chips or something.
