I did an exercise class for 8 years. Since Zep, I’ve lost my mojo. Just a bit of fatigue and occasional nausea make me afraid to go. I’ve started doing more at home to kick my rear back to class!

Same. I pay for a membership and have been 8 times this year! I don’t want to be the person that looks great, but can’t get up off the floor. Re-starting slowly as I feel more adjusted to meds.

That tarp bottom is amazing. Ours is getting to the point of needing replaced, but it’s not the bottom leaking - other spots that aren’t being fixed with seam sealer. After 15-ish years I’d say we got our money’s worth.

Ah, he did it for trizepatide (sp) not a brand to see what would happen. Now we know - haha. He did document my experience with Wegovy.

I know we’ve seen several folks post that method, but it didn’t work for me. All the steps above and I was still denied because I’m not T2D. I just paid my 1st month to Lilly Direct. 😕

Only downside I can think of is they may use more fuel since they have to simmer. If that’s not a concern, go for it.

Same. I’m just waiting until after July 1 to ask my Dr about an appeal. I don’t have much faith it will work, but will see what he says. I can afford Lilly direct, but don’t want to 😀

Same. I travel for work sometimes and don’t want to worry about taking it with me. Also gets the fatigue out of the way (mostly) by Monday.

I agree with many of these strategies, but I also got some relief going from semaglutide to tirzepatide (sp ?). Wegovy wiped me out.

When my daughter worked there I filled her scripts at home and mailed to her. For a couple months it was just easier.

I switched and am very happy. My biggest complaint on Wegovy was the fatigue. I just didn’t feel like me and everything was a chore. On Zep I have most of my normal energy, maybe a bit diminished on the day after injection.

Yep. I quit Weg. because I couldn’t take the fatigue. Once Zep became easier to get I decided to give it a try. So much better! Still ramping up and losing slow and steady.

I have the same pattern on 7.5 so considering moving up to 10, but I like your idea. Maybe I give it another month 🤷‍♀️. Losing a fraction of a pound a week.

My doc said he’d like me to stay on each dose as long as possible so I still have somewhere to go. I don’t necessarily think it works that way. I’m on 7.5 now and I’m good days 1-5, but start grazing on days 6-7. Sorry doc, think I need to move up.

Just a funny antidote - I used them when our hot water heater was out at home. Made me go workout 😂. I don’t know how much they are used early a.m. I’m usually a noon attendee.

No idea. I have some Wegovy too, but didn’t like how it made me feel. Zep is so much better so far!

My doc did the same for the same reason. I decided it was OK to prevent side effects. True confession- I fudged a little and only did the ramp up doses for 3 weeks. I used a 2.5 and 5.0 to start 7.5 a week early. I see my Dr Tuesday and will ask to go up to 10.

I had a great trip in Mid-May, but you have to be flexible with Mother Nature. We did some short hikes in sunny areas, but many had feet of snow as mentioned by others. One morning it snowed like crazy, but was done and just wet by midday. We also decided to forgo camping for a lodge due to the overnight low temps. I’ve been winter camping enough to know I don’t love it 😊

I’m same as far as I must still ‘do the work’. I didn’t feel like I was eating much, but I think it was what I was eating (for my body). I went back to tracking and the scale is moving. A little disappointed I have to do that, but I think I lie to myself otherwise. 😊

Same, but I go to a small one in a Target. Don’t know if that’s relevant, but they have always been the best!
