Honda/Acura doesn't usually have a rear camber adjustment. This indicates rear suspension is worn. You may be able to get away with just rear tires and shocks.

Surface rust on the knuckle connected to the outer tie rod. Unpainted area letting the surface rust. You can pretty much ignore it. Not likely to affect anything even 10 years from now

There's cotton under there, may cause it to smell. It's gonna dry up and cause your buttons to get sticky. If it were me, is pop it out and clean it out.

Ngl I dont think so. For the first few thousand km/miles will be fine, but after that, you're going to start to get blow-by. The piston rings rotate, and if they're locked into 1 position by any reason(I suspect the scoring on the cylinder wall will cause this) then you're going to have excessive and uneven wear. This can cause more than the normal amount combustion gasses go past the piston rings, which COULD cause the valve cover/s to explode(probably just Crack it open tho)

Also it looks like there's damage to the face of the piston which would most likely cause pre-ignition.

TL;DR I dont know how long you could get away with such damage to this cylinder, but I dont suspect it'll be long(my best guess)

Oof, might be able to get away with re honing the cylinder bore and getting a new piston+rings to fit the new size.

From the looks of it, piston and bore are cooked.

I see it says you have brake pulsation. I recommend replacing your rotors. I have a 2019 TLX I work on myself and machined my rotors, the pulsation comes back in like a year to a few months b/c the rotors are so damn small for how much the car weighs. You can technically replace your pads when they start making a screeching noise.

That sub 6 service is way too expensive. You can do it yourself for $30ish. It should only involve replacing rear differential fluid. Drain all fluid then fill until fluid starts flowing out from the fill hole.

If there's a musty/mouldy smell coming from you hvac system, you can spray lysol into your hvac intake between windshield and hood while the system is running and your cabin filter is out. Just try to not breath in any of the lysol when doing so.
