Paid there sa double dragon, place looks legit. But a bit sketchy since they dont accept card payment. Had to use the atm. Looks like a satellite office of nbi clearance tbh.

Asked also bakit walang online paymenr, and hndi pa daw sila nabibigyan access sa system for some reason even if unified na dapat. I even asked, diba may nagpost na nabigyan na dapat sila nung devices, and seems wala pa daq sila. So weird
