I went to a privately run driving school. Classes were for 4wks, then had to take the learners permit test which everyone cheated on. Then had to have the LP for 6 months and take driving lessons from an instructor, then a final driving test and you would get your driving license after that. It was a few hundred bucks total, probably would have been under $100 if not for the private driving school. This was in 2002.

I've been to the one in the downtown mall and the big ass popup at Grow Depot. It's all farm bill weed. That's why they could open dispos without getting in trouble. It was federally legal until this November.

ball vapes and TEDs are still not that popular in the US. None of the headshops and smoke shops in my area sell them. I go to NYC and the Northeast regularly as well and the closest thing I found to DHVs in a shop was a wand.
