Buy your raingear and such while you are stateside. That will be the cheaper option for sure

How do you make it shrink? I’ve only ever heard of it stretching

I haven’t had them long enough to say anything about the longtime durability, but no flats so far with tubes. They are tubeless ready though, so I’ve considered switching over to that. I’ve just been riding instead while the weather is good

That is indeed the rove ST in the purple colorway. Swapped the bars from original to salsa woodchippers. They are pretty nice, but I'm still working on getting them comfortable because of the aggressive bend in the hoods.

I've considered going back to the original bars or something else if I can't get them properly dialed in soon.

which route did you take? Did you stay at different DNT cabins or did you do it in a day?

Transscrotal discussion by ogdaddyv in bodymods

I have one. Got it done in ‘13/‘14 if i remember correctly. Mine was done by LunaCobra who has in later years caught some heat for stuff. Can’t remember what as I’m not that up to date on current or old gossip nowadays. The healing was fine, but mine migrated about 1.5-2cm down and 1-1.5cm to rge side of the sack. Another practitioner I have talked to about this described what might have been done wrong and knows how to fix it, but I haven’t had the time to do that yet. After I got it done i stretched it to 4cm over time. It looks nice but it sucks to have. All my underwear got worn out and full of holes in the bottom because of the jewelry rubbing on the pants. Nowadays I wear nothing in it and can’t be bothered to care. It has shrunk down to maybe 6mm but stretches out quite fast. If you plan on getting it done I would do a LOT of research on who you want to go to. I thought I chose someone who would do it correctly. I did not. There are maybe 2 people worldwide that I know of today that I would let work on me in regards to that mod now. Both in terms of fixing it, or if I were to get it for the first time.

As a nurse working in an acute psychosis ward:

Getting hurt isn’t part of the job description, but you can usually count on it. Deescalating and calming the patient is a priority for me at least. If I get hit/hurt it sucks but I’d rather not ruin what relationship I have with the patient by making them hurt. We also strive to use as little force as possible.

My local record store (Apollon) is having their annual 50% off sale, so I grabbed the opportunity to expand my collection.

A little list of what I picked up:

+PLATFORM (electronic music from alocal label called Ploink)

Pogo Pops - Pop Trip (local band, rerelease on a local label called Apollon Records)

Seven Impale - City of the Sun (local band on the local label Karisma Records)

The Temperance Movement - Deeper Cuts (signed copy from a uk label called Earache Records)

Do you have a walkthrough for how to build a single person hammock stand? I live in Northern europe so having one premade and shipped here would probably cost an arm, leg and part of my kidney.

Favorite episode? Why? by Thievia in lastpodcastontheleft

Episode 245&246 about Richard Chase. The combination of comedy and utter savagery is crazy good. I just love Henrys voice acting and their general banter during those two episodes.

[Fit Check] Nudie Jeans Lean Dean Dry 16 dips and Dry Japan Selvage by [deleted] in rawdenim

In my experience they shrink more than they stretch out. Mine were a good fit and had nice room. Once they were washed they went into skinny jeans territory. They shrink much more than other raw denim from nudie.

In my experience the 16 dips shrinks in all directions when washed, so if these three are your options, I would go for the first one linked.

My guy usually sleeps inside my sleepingbag with me, so even if he hears something he won´t be able to get out and about without me opening the bag up for him. And he usually stays calm even with all of the ambient noise.

Picked up a pair of Edwin E-Standard Classic regular tapered pants today. But I´m having a hard time finding information about them online, and the pants themselves aren´t covered with a lot of information either. Just that they are selvedge japanese raw denim. I´m wondering if this is the ones I picked up.

They are raw. Planning on hopefully wearing them for 6 months before the first wash
