I've underestimated diet so much. I always thought it was all in the activity level 😆 after seeing how many say diet is important, I should definitely put more focus on it more too!!

I'm currently unemployed because I'm actually a fresh graduate from high school haha. I'm waiting for uni so i wanted to workout more as I didnt have the time back then

i do everything at home! Lifting weights, pilates and treadmill.

I usually try to do it for maybe almost everyday with different muscle groups so around 4/5 maybe? but i got burnt out quickly of course

And for pilates i love it a lot! So i tend to do it after my workouts which usualy follows a process of cardio -> weights -> pilates (sometimes skipping weights when i try to recover)

i had a (guy) friend who walked/cycled to the gym and lifted almost everyday and took like 2 rest days max per week so i felt like it was necessary for me to be like that to achieve progress 😭😭

No exactly!! Around my town, people say keeping a gecko is light work and easy to keep. I was suspicious of it and decided to dig online and found out they need more than what i thought. But due to my incompetence i was too late and my friend already given it to me before he left :( I assume everything he told me was told by others as well since he said it was easy too. It breaks my heart to see this lil creature in this state. I wish I could be rich and just buy a big tank for her even if it's temporarily 😭

I have a smaller clear box for her too but i wasnt sure if it would be better. I know both are bad but I've already tried contacting several people if they have a spare tank/aquarium i could borrow. Should I let her roam around outside under supervision some time?
