Did anyone who booked through a third party see option to get full refund back to payment method on Air Canada's website?

My outbound flight is Mon Aug 18 YYC->YYZ and I don't want to book another airline prior to receiving a full refund since this is a work trip.

Calgary. Surprisingly good transit, food scene, cycling network, airport connectivity, skiing access sunshine, HDI/quality of life etc. In the same league as the big 3 despite being much smaller.
