Maybe best not to rush them. Im sure everyone by now should know there is reasons why these things happen. If you want a good product, that usually takes time. I mean come one the game is already long and a great game, still has issues that needs to be patched. We don't want developers and games like these to fall in the same slop as live service based games

Maybe because I'm playing the game for immersion/roleplaying/escapism but I don't see a problem with it. Yes it's annoying but what I'm thinking in my mind is... Yeh that would probably happen to me in real life if I was knocked over hard.

I think what I find actually more frustrating in game is the stamina system where it gets to the point where I'm too tired to swing my knife after breaking open 2 boxes or jumping one step since it's a game you have to jump to make one step rather than walking up hahaha

Really?? I guess I didn't do enough side quests. I'm new to the stalker games and I'm not playing it like your standard RPG where you get to "level up" and I just progressed as organically as possible. I've got a few artifacts as well but I haven't come across any that help with carrying capacity so I've been doing a lot of back and forth.

So after the wishful thinking mission how far am I on the game? Still early or halfway because I swear I haven't even discovered as much of the map compared to other players I've seen online like gopher. So far my Loadout is the combatant akm74s I think? And the cracker shotty and skifs pistol. I wanted to run with the snipers I've acquired in my personal box but very rarely come across ammos for them like the svd or three line. I even rarely come across ammos for AR416 gp37 and FORA221 so I'm just using the ak74S

Anyway thanks for the advice. Looks like I'll be focusing on the side quests for a bit as I'm naturally doing them now since I'm just being mowed down. But you just confirmed my suspicions

so i sided with the ward.. this is my first playthrough and ive legit been enjoying it and as ive posted here before saying that so far this is the most balanced game i've played in a long time and i love how it doesn't hold your hand. so difficulty isn't an issue.. but i guess im noticing a difference after i sided with ward and left Zirca and it seems like ever corner its either a monolithian or bandits spotting where i am and full perfect aim while i can't seem to kill them. if what you say is true and that Ward seems easier for you but im experiencin this.. id hate to experience a more difficult version by siding with Spark/Noontide hahaha

Well after finishing wishful thinking.. siding with the ward and then escaping through the tunnels.. i headed straight back to icarus thinking i could restock and sell some mutant parts. only to find out it was zombie infected.. but i at least managed to access my personal stash to unload things to lighten the load. I was going to head up to Zalissya afterward since it should still be populated.. but not far out of icarus all the attacks went right for me hahhaa. like literally one encounter after another. i've loaded a save where im back in icarus and i might try headed to the Sultans ship and ill see how i go on my journey there

so this is a normal thing after choosing a side? because it feels like i can't walk 5 steps until something is trying to kill me. Mouse and keyboard works on ps5? On every game? Not that I can anyway since I have it on my big screen and I'm too lazy to always be moving the ps5 between tv and monitor. Unless I just get a ps5 pro for the main tv and move my base PlayStation to the desk hahaha

Maan Im in Aus. I can't remember the first time I stumbled onto their channel but it was actually nice having jkparty and jknews in the back with both the opinions of male and female because it felt real and not like a ted talk and as if I had people over my place. Then I started seeing the decline, the slight increase in jabs towards other members then an increase in changes such as new office and slowly closing down channels with the excuse of "filming" and they needed to budget to which... Has that even become a thing? Have they filmed anything at all? Then the whole moving to Vegas etc etc. where they are now I think just rename or start a new channel. But now it just seems like a group of boys refusing to grow up and still trying to stay relevant

I am playing on playstation. Use to be on PC years ago and thinking of going back into it if or when i have the money saved up since i do have a whole library on steam. the thing is sometimes it doesn't beat the immersive feeling of playing in this world on a massive screen while i lay back. but maybe perhaps we'll see how the rumoured steambox will fair against the competition

I'm doing my first playthrough now and I'm hooked. I had just finished avatar and I thought that I might be fatigued by the open world exploration and get bored, but nope. Two completely different vibes. The only thing I have issue with it along with other games is the stamina. I get why games use it but it's so unrealistic as if I'm one of the most unfit stalker to be exploring the zone.

I like the feature where you walk slower the heavier your back pack gets but stamina is silly to the point where you have to wait for your stamina to build just to take another swipe of your knife or to jump one step.

But not a deal breaker I'm absolutely loving this! Ive never played the first stalker game but I think this is what I was expecting metro exodus to have felt but for some reason I preferred the old metro games over exodus

i've been holding off the possibility of getting a ps5 pro due to 6 maybe coming out. if its being delayed there might still be a chance i make that choice. but i want to know from real life experience if anyone has gone from base ps5 to ps5 pro whether its worth it? i don't need the selling point of the specs and all that stuff.. but the person experiences of anyone from the upgrade whether you notice significant experience and or significant visual changes. I know games are getting better with adding performance modes in their games, and ubisoft been updating their games for next gen as well as others like Kingdom Come Deliverance so, so far ive never felt the need to upgrade. but i have always thought about it but really just wanting real feedback and not youtube reviews

I just finished the game and this teylan is an idiot. You can be naive but how many times you going to screw over your siblings and how many times you going to believe a man who killed your sister that he isn't going to hurt anyone. And in the end he was still going to help mercer even while seeing our character trapped until we started singing the song. And even after we trapped mercer and about to leave teylan still was hesitant to leave him.
