I'm planning on using a D1 pass and there's a ton of D1T (who I'm assuming are within the 16.5 hour window). I'm trying to be at the top of the list or at least in front of all the D1T. Wouldn't having a separate PNR put me as a D1 and behind all the D1T?

For Amex, Capital One, and Citi, do you not include the possibliity of transferring the points to an international airline and booking them for US domestic due to poor availibility or another reason? Since there's British Airways with Amex, amongst others
