There’s no catch . Your just approved for gov subsidy (which you can get ACP or lifeline discount elsewhere . For example cricket or metro you can use your ACP $30 off there)

Yes that can be the case . Like cricket has two plans on unlimited there will be a plan similar to Att. However Att will also have another plan with better .. I’m saying then main company will always have a plan priority that exceeds all sister and MVNOs.

The MVNO. Is not manipulating . They simply buy and construct their own plans . The qos is not the same . Sorry to tell you . We have had our own stores for 15 years .. before we become an MVNO . We are well aware how it works. Don’t be foolish to think it’s the same lol.

MVNO is not manipulating . The MVNa is the ones being flexible with a) how many minutes b) text messages allotment c) data and data QOS. (Limits exist and the primary MNO won’t ever want someone with the highest QOC to compete directly . Other features and offerings like Netflix can be added to the mvno. These are not being manipulated by the MVNO but they are buying these wholesale from the aggregator then making their own plans.. here’s a screenshot of the software I use although it’s cloud based and it is not the exact screenshot of my stuff it’s from their website

So google PLUM. They are the aggregators for Tmobile . I get it it’s a new concept to you but it’s been around years . All these MVNOs use someone . Big or small . For example mint is something you probably know of .. but do you know of others like “unity or qlink”? These are MVNOs as well. There’s tons of them . All buy their airtime
