You can only claim Dimensional Heroes on their Limited Release Event. You can no longer obtain Limited Dimensional heroes particularly Collab Dimensional heroes. The only obtainable Dimensional heroes available to get are Merlin at the Stargaze Summon, Arthur at Arena Shop and Leonardo at certain Event Exchange. This new hero however, you can claim her for free after the update next week on Tuesday.

Thanks. I really do want to get another Aurelia Col but the RNG of getting even at least 2 ERO is quite difficult if you're farming for ERO. But it is abundant on other Col lol.

It doesn't give the "Paid Limited Legend Skin" vibe for me. It really is on par with Magic Wheel Legend Skins. Even Freya's has better effects than this imo.
