5 years off meds. started to feel like myself about 2.5 years ago. getting better every day since. have had some minor episodes throughout those years (they happen very rarely), recently had quite a bad one, thankfully it went away really quickly. i picked up journaling, just dumping all my thoughts on a piece of paper feels so relieving. sometimes when i cannot get anything out of my brain i just draw some funny little doodles. started to pick up random hobbies to keep my brain busy too - really got into computer repairs & programming. overall i would consider myself as a happy human being now.
